Victims Rights

Rule 40 of the Arizona Rules of Crimal Procedure codifies the rights which are guaranteed to crime victims by the Arizona State Consitution. One of those rights is to be represented by an attorney. In most cases, victims will work in tandem with the prosecuting attorney. However, a victim may decide that she or he wants to hire a private attorney to assert her or his position to the court, the prosecutor and the defense. I enjoy helping victims and would be happy to assist you.
