Probation Violations

In many cases probation is non intrusive; just get in no new trouble and all will be well. However, when the offense is more severe in the lower courts and always when it is a felony, probation is serious and must be complied with. Violations may be technical (failure to call, failure to report, failure to drop) or substantive (commission of a new offense, contact with the victim). When a petition to revoke probation is filed in a felony case you will be arrested and held without bond until at least the first in court appearance. I have been helping people in violation cases for going on 40 years and would be glad to assist you if needed.
