Juvenile Crimes

My work in Juvenile Court has been highly satisfying for me over the decades.

A young man or a young woman will come in to my office with one or both parents with a serious problem, a criminal charge. The more serious the crime, the more numerous the charges, the more extensive the juvenile’s past contacts with the Court, the greater the problem is.

A team is created; my client (the juvenile), the parents and me. Together we present to the prosecution the other side of the story to best protect my client’s future.

In dependency cases, also handled in Juvenile Court, where I represent only a parent (the Attorney General’s Office is representing the child), I also get great satisfaction in creating a team whose goal is the reunification of the family.

It would be my pleasure to assist you in Juvenile Court.
